Rates
Our online published rates at Airbnb and VRBO are typically around $400 per night. Our direct booking rates are usually lower, depending on season and length of stay.
Special last-minute rates are available for stays within 30 days or between bookings (see our Availability page).
We do not charge extra for additional guests. Up to 6 people can be accommodated in our rental (see sleeping arrangement details).
check in/out
We have designed a contactless check in/out system so that you can arrive and depart on your schedule.
Check in time is anytime after 4:00pm.
Check out is anytime before 11:00am.
minimum stay
We require a 4 night minimum stay. Occasionally we are able to accommodate shorter stays that fall between bookings.
fees
Cleaning $350 flat per stay
State of Hawaii TAT (10.25%), GET (4.712%), and Kauai TAT (3%) is added to each direct-booking quote.
parking
Parking is free and open. There are typically plenty of spaces available right outside the entrance to the unit.
amenities
Property amenities include access to Poipu Sands pool (heated in winter), on-site tennis court, and community BBQ grills.
The condo is equipped with a “gear closet” filled with beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cooler, sand toys, snorkel gear, frisbee, tennis rackets, soccer ball, and more.
direct booking
While we do list our rental on VRBO and Airbnb, by booking direct you can save hundreds of dollars in 3rd party fees.
An example 7 day stay booked through VRBO incurred $319 in fees to the renter.
Deposit/cancellation
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit. Depending on the terms of our agreement, final payment (also non-refundable) is due either 30 days or 1 day prior to arrival.
payment
Secure payment can be made via Venmo, Zelle, or personal check mailed to our rental address. Please note that we will ONLY ask for payment after completed execution of our rental agreement.
